ProSynth has a wealth of experience in the swift and innovative execution of early stage chemistry.

We are comfortable to adopt client chemistries or to design and develop new routes of synthesis to your target molecule, making use of our collective experience and the chemical literature.

Process Development

A functional laboratory procedure does not necessarily represent a developed process that ensures optimum yields and required quality standard suitable for larger scale production.

Implementation of our process development service will provide you with an improved synthetic route to your target molecule.

Working with the client, our development process will typically aim to replace challenging reagents or solvents, optimise vessel charge, highlight energetic reactions and give due consideration to effluent streams and off gases and take into account the operational constraints of the selected full scale production plant.

We have numerous examples where this approach has expedited project advancement, resulting in a user and environmentally friendly, robust and sustainable scaled procedure.

Scale-up Production 100kg and beyond

Upon completion of a development study and in-house production for semi-bulk quantities, our clients may require larger quantities in excess of our in-house offering of 100g to 100kg.

It is often the case that the client prefers project management to remain in the hands of ProSynth, so with the express permission of our client, ProSynth would engage with our trusted UK scale partner, who we operate rapidly and openly with, (and who is open to client audits), and following the fully refined method, ProSynth will manufacture the qualifying batches and develop key quality control parameters before transferring the process to our scale partner, (including the provision of key personnel at the third party site of manufacture) to ensure seamless transfer of the process.

Novel Intermediates

We routinely execute numerous synthetic sequences per month in our laboratories, using a wide range of chemistries and production techniques, to produce high quality novel intermediates.

Materials in quantities from 100g to 100kg are manufactured to order with both competitive prices and short lead times.

To date we have supplied in excess of 5,000 finished products. Our product lists contains 2,000 of such products, (those which are already in the public domain), please enquire via our website stating the quantity of materials that you require.

Whilst our intermediates are produced on a made to order basis, when overage is produced, the material is held in ProSynths stock and made available for purchase through our ex stock list.

All orders are accompanied by full Certificate of Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheet.

Analytical services:

Our reputation for providing first class in house product analysis, analytical methodologies and for the service agreements we hold with various external providers, has led us to provide this to our clients as a standalone service.
